Losing connectivity between drone and controler
Drone went up and took off. When I tried to recall the drone or land it did not respond. Looked down at the controller and is read not connected no connectivity!

There has been no resolution as every time I try to log into my account, it says that I am denied access. It won't allow me to do anything on my TV or phone. All my other streaming services are working.

Phone never rang, and I just pop back over to the screen to give you feedback, but my issues are unresolved when it comes to removing my personal information from my Business account online and verifying in updating my Business information, resulting in an inability to obtain a pin
Preferred solution: It is ridiculous how AI is taking over so much that you can’t get a human being to help you with a simple task when the computer keeps messing up over an extended period of days

I am not able to get through on your phone or your computer to correct these issues that my business is experiencing. My personal address is being shown to the public online. I am not able to verify my business online, and it keeps changing the date every time I wait for the date to expire to press my verification.

Misinformation about me.
After trying to contact customer service, but only being disconnected. Tried sending an email to the suggested email address and was told it was blocked.
This company is showing misinformation as to my business's address and phone number. Would never use this company. This was brought to my attention by one of my clients. I'm trying to download a photo of their incorrect information it won't upload.
Have tried twice. They just block you and won't tend to you

I used public computer. I checked my email in February.
when I went back on the computer yesterday I noticed that the computer had a Microsoft account and my email. I don't know who put it there and I'm trying to remove it .I obviously didn't do it so I don't know the password the computer was running really slow and it was just showing I had a Microsoft account with bing and I never signed up for it.
all my information is on a public computer now. I want to request they remove Lindaharvey232@***.com off of the bing browser it's on A public computer in my complex I live at .I'm upset about this.I try to call to remove my email from Microsoft bing and only got an automated voice mail .

Terrible!! My business has the wrong hours, and our company did not make those changes.
I tried emailing, calling and still no help. It is costing our company business. Does anyone know to get results and answers from this company?
I have other issues as well, but I would need to talk to someone from Bing to properly express the problems. Should get zero stars

Preferred solution: My business issues resolved. And to answer the money question, I have no idea because I can't calculate how many customers thought we were closed and went to a competitor. It is probably quite a few thousands of dollars if you need an answer
